There are currently only a handful of studies on the potential health effects of homogenized milk. Based on existing studies, there is no correlation between homogenization and the onset of illnesses such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease or allergies. From a scientific point of view, there is little reason to believe that altering the fat particles in the milk could be detrimental to the health of the general population.
